Obsidian Shard é um/a artistx que eu conheci online e que preferiu manter-se anónimo, não sei de onde é nem sei o seu género, e mesmo depois de ouvir este álbum dezenas de vezes continuo sem saber de que género é, o álbum. Sei que me fez ouvir tons e frequências que eu não sabia que existiam, bem como outras que reconheço facilmente, ritmos experimentais que me fazem ficar atento ao que elx fez e texturas que vão desde o noise mais cru a guitarras limpas de qualquer barulho. São projectos como este que me dão vontade de experimentar e criar.

Obsidian Shard is an artist that I met online and who preferred to remain anonymous, I don’t know where he/she is from or his/her genre, and even after listening to this album dozens of times I still don’t know what genre is the album. The thing I know is that it made me hear tones and frequencies that I didn’t know existed, as well as others that I easily recognize, experimental rhythms that make me pay attention to what he/she did and textures that range from the rawest noise to the cleanest guitar. Are projects like this that make me want to create.
